It is our mission to provide as natural a family environment as possible for children, to accommodate short term or more permanent additions within our fostering and adoptive families. We believe in natural family supports such as security, emotional/personal bonding, healthy family values, responsible parenting, fellowship and love. Our approach of nurturing wholesome qualities, behavioral coping skills and educative supports, provide a more natural and positive developmental impact on children, youths and adults in care. A Place to Call Home offers a full continuum of services, including foster home licensing, adoption home certification and respite provider certification. We specialize in foster homes for children with medically fragile needs and/or with Developmental Disabilities. A Place to Call Home also offers bilingual services for bilingual and/or monolingual families interested in providing foster care, adoption and/or respite.

RISE creates opportunities for and with people, an agency that values equality, choice and service above self. As a non-profit agency, RISE began services to individuals with disabilities over 20 years ago in the state of Arizona. Since that time, services have grown to support children and adults with a variety of needs. RISE Family Services specializes in finding and supporting loving and caring families for children in need of foster and/or adoptive homes. These children are typically placed by Child Protective Services, and require a safe, stable and nurturing environment in which to grow. Foster and Adoptive families receive free pre-service training and preparation to care for these children, as well as intensive support and monitoring once children are placed in the home. Training is offered at times and days that are convenient to families, and an RISE Family Specialist is available 24 hours per day for additional support in times of emergency. RISE will also assist a family in the adoption process for children who are unable to reunite with their birth family. Developmental foster homes for children and adults with developmental disabilities (Child Developmental Home and Adult Developmental Home) are specialized homes, where a family cares for a child or adult placed by the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Additional training is provided to families who desire to provide a home for these individuals. There is no cost to a family who wants to open their home and hearts to a child or adult who needs a foster, developmental or adoptive home. RISE believes that these families are the best resource to care for those children in our community who do not have a home, and strongly advocates for the rights of children, adults and foster/adoptive families.

Arizona Baptist Children's Services Arms of Love foster care is a program of Arizona Baptist Children's Services (ABCS). Arms of Love offers hope and help to children and families in need by providing a safe, loving and stable temporary living environment. At ABCS we offer emotional and spiritual support to our families as well as material support through donations and our lending closet. The goal of our family atmosphere is that you will feel encouraged and supported as you face the joys and challenges of providing foster care through our agency.

Arizona's Children Association - Founded in 1912, as the state's first orphanage, Arizona's Children Association provides help and support to more than 44,000 children annually. Foster care and adoption options provided include Regular Foster Care, Emergency placements, Foster to Adopt, Respite, Concurrent Planning, Kinship Care, Therapeutic Foster Care, and DES Adoptions. Members of Arizona's Children Association family of agencies include the Kinship, Adoption, Resource and Education (KARE) Family Center, which provide support and resources for kinship families as well as for post-adoption, and The Parent Connection, whose mission is to nurture families for a stronger community.

AzPac (Devereux/Catholic Social Services) Arizona is a member agency of the Arizona Partnership for Children and Families. We have been providing an array of foster care services in Southern Arizona for over 30 years. Devereux Arizona is dedicated to providing quality support services to families each day. Each family is assigned a Foster Care Specialist that is available to them 24 hours per day, seven days a week regarding crises or time-sensitive issues. They also advocate for the foster parents and foster children to get their needs met. Ten days of respite are provided to each foster parent as an additional support. Devereux is open to licensing non-traditional families.

Casa de los Ninos was established in 1973 as a refuge for children at risk of abuse and/or neglect. The mission of Casa de los Ninos is the prevention of child abuse and neglect by offering services that promote child safety and family stability. In addition to providing crisis shelter care services to children birth through 8 years of age, Casa de los Ninos provides a continuum of community based family support programs and parent education resources. Casa de los Ninos is dedicated to providing quality support services to foster families, creating a community of natural supports and providing linkages to community resources that meet the needs of foster families and children in their care. In addition, Casa de los Ninos provides advanced training and medical support for foster families who care for medically fragile children.

Christian Family Care - Founded in 1982, Christian Family Care Agency is a private, non profit, social services agency that provides adoption, pregnancy assistance/decision-making counseling, foster care and counseling programs focused on meeting the needs of children and families. Christian Family Care foster homes provide a temporary, safe place for children who are the victims of abuse and/or neglect. We can also train and license families to care for children with developmental disabilities. The goal of most foster children is to be returned home when the situation has been improved, or to find a relative to care for them. Some foster children will need an adoptive home. Christian Family Care foster and adoptive families can share their love, time and resources with these children while providing a nurturing Christian environment.

CPES; Community Provider of Enrichment Services is an employee owned company which was founded in 1980. FSR Integrative Services, Inc has been providing group home and shelter care to youth for almost 16 years. FSR now has the opportunity to work with families who want to foster or adopt children. FSR is committed to putting families first by supporting and caring about everyone who walks through the doors. FSR respects the families who are willing to provide the kind of care the children in foster care need. FSR's unique staff have all been foster parents, adoptive parents, or children who once lived in foster care. It is through this relationship that FSR is able to help foster parents through the process (con't) of becoming licensed and supporting them along the way once the family has children living in their home. Intermountain Centers for Human Development (ICHD) has been providing services in Pima County for over thirty-five years. The ICHD continuum of services includes residential group homes, therapeutic foster homes, in home services, respite, child-family teams, kinship foster homes, regular oster homes and some mildly medically fragile homes. Ongoing support through training, licensing, and placement are cornerstones of ICHD's foster care program. Coordinators are available 24/7 for families.

La Paloma Family Services - In the spirit to provide services and a continuum of care, La Paloma Family Services began a Professional Family Foster Care Program in 1999, and have now begun a Regular Foster Family Program. La Paloma's Regular Family Foster Care Program will provide foster care for abused and neglected children, 0-18 years of age. Recruitment, retention, training and respite is provided by La Paloma staff, consultants and foster parents to support and guide newly licensed and experienced foster families. Foster parents will be an important part of the La Paloma Foster Care Program, in building relationships that enhance the development of skills, foster a sense of worth and embrace a belief in each child's individual potential.

Providence Corp is a national provider of community and home-based care and one of the country's first and largest providers of services for at-risk youth. Serving as one of the three children's networks in Pima County, Providence offers a full continuum of behavioral health services from outpatient to inpatient treatment. Every effort is made to provide services to clients in the least restrictive community-based setting available to achieve treatment goals. Our therapeutic foster care program was created in Arizona to provide care within a family and home for children who might otherwise be in an institution. We have recently expanded our service delivery to include regular foster care.

St. Nicholas of Myra - There is a need for adoptive families willing to take on the challenge and joys of raising children with special needs. These are children who have been victims of abuse, neglect and abandonment. Some have medical or emotional needs that require special attention. Some children are siblings who need to be placed together. The children range in age from 6 to 17 years. They are all legally available for adoption. St. Nicholas of Myra provides support for these children and the families throughout the adoption process. Give a child an opportunity for a brighter future.

Pascua Yaqui Tribe - The Pascua Yaqui Tribe foster care program is a tribal agency that strives to keep Yaqui children in Native American homes. You do not have to be Native American to be licensed by the tribe, though there is a placement preference that must be followed when placing children. The mission is to recruit, license and retain loving, stable homes to provide care, while honoring tribal traditions and maintaining family connections, for tribal children who have suffered from abuse or neglect while permanency is being established.
